Purchase Contract

When you place an order on our website, it falls under a purchase contract. We provide a specific item for a specific amount of money. Once your purchase is completed, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered in the order form.

Prices

All our products are priced in Qatari Riyal (QAR). We always try to ensure that our prices are accurate; however, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error happens, we will contact you for clarification. In that case, you will have the option to either confirm the corrected order or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will process the order at the price already paid.

Items

Some flowers are seasonal and may not always be available. In such cases, we may replace them with flowers of the same price and color to maintain the same overall look and feel of the arrangement you selected.

Pots or containers may also be unavailable. If needed, we may replace them with a similar option and contact you on the phone number provided in the payment and delivery details for your approval.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available, as well as online payment through our website using a credit card or debit card.

Please do not send us payment information by email.

For details about the security measures we use, please read our Privacy Policy. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent, we will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized access to the personal or transactional information you provide while placing an order.

Delivery

Please allow 12 to 24 hours from your selected delivery time to ensure the neatness and accuracy of your order. If we are unable to deliver the items on your chosen date, we will inform you. If the items are not delivered on time and we do not inform you, you will be eligible to cancel the order and receive a full refund if payment was made online.

Delivery is considered complete when the items are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. At that point, responsibility for loss, breakage, or damage passes to you. Ownership of the purchased items does not pass to you until payment has been received in full. You may be asked to sign for acceptance of the goods, confirming that they were received in good condition. However, if you find anything missing or damaged after opening the package, please contact us immediately.

All orders are subject to flower availability. If an item is unavailable, delivery may be postponed by 24 to 48 hours from the requested delivery time.

You must provide the receiver’s mobile number. We may contact the receiver before delivery for confirmation. If the receiver does not answer the phone, the order will not be dispatched and we will try again later. If the receiver confirms acceptance but then refuses the order upon delivery, the item will not be refunded and will be returned to the shop. If the requester asks for redelivery, additional shipping charges will apply.

Goods

If you place an order for an item that is unavailable, we will contact you and offer an alternative. We will seek your approval by message or WhatsApp for the replacement. If you do not accept any replacement, we will refund the full amount.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as early as possible. Orders may not be cancelled within 5 hours of the scheduled delivery time, and in such cases no refund will be issued. If the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched, a refund may be possible. If the order has already been prepared or dispatched, the amount will not be refunded.

We take a photo of every item or product ordered before delivery. If the item arrives damaged, we will either refund you or replace it.

Incorrect Items

If an incorrect item is sent, we will collect it and replace it with the correct one as soon as possible, or issue a refund.

Costs

A reimbursement will be made in the following cases:

  • Items delivered to you by error.
  • Incorrect, damaged, or defective items.
  • Substitute items sent for products originally ordered that we were unable to supply.

Until such items are returned to us, you are responsible for keeping them safe and taking reasonable care of them.

Losses

We are not responsible for any items after they have been delivered to the specified address.

Our liability to you under these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions will not exceed the total price charged for the items purchased. Nothing in these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions excludes our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.

We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.

Alterations to This Website and Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right at any time to make changes to this website, these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any other policies we may publish. These changes may include pricing, items, themes, or images. You will be subject to the policies and terms in force at the time you use the website or place an order. Any changes required by law may also apply to orders already placed. If any part of these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, cancelled, or unenforceable for any reason, that part will be considered severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms.

Waiver

If you breach any of these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you are in breach.

Governing Law

All terms and conditions are subject to the laws and regulations of the State of Qatar.
